What You'll Be Doing
Process and manage end-to-end accounts payable transactions across a dynamic, blockchain-driven business
Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve discrepancies with accuracy and urgency
Partner with internal teams across custody, trading, and web3 operations to ensure timely vendor payments
Support month-end close processes, ensuring financial data integrity across Copper's global entities
Help refine and improve AP workflows as the company scales its digital asset custody and DeFi service offerings
Maintain compliance with internal controls and financial policies within a highly regulated crypto environment
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in an accounts payable or finance operations role, ideally within fintech, crypto, or blockchain-adjacent industries
Strong attention to detail and comfort working with high transaction volumes
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across global, fast-paced teams
A proactive mindset suited to the evolving nature of digital asset markets
Solid understanding of financial controls and reconciliation processes
Bonus Points
Familiarity with crypto, blockchain, or smart contract-based business models
Exposure to multi-currency or multi-entity accounting environments
Experience working in a scaling fintech or web3 startup
