Requirements
Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems with strong performance and reliability. Build distributed services and real-time processing solutions for high-concurrency scenarios. Optimize system performance across multi-threading, databases, caching, and messaging. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical design and solution delivery. Contribute to architecture decisions and engineering best practices. Support API and platform integrations across internal and external systems. Explore and apply new technologies, including AI/LLM-related solutions. Requirements 8+ years of Java backend development experience. Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture. Solid experience with Kafka, Redis, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and distributed systems. Good understanding of multi-threading, JVM, and performance tuning. Experience building high-concurrency, high-availability, and low-latency systems. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and service integration. Experience with CI/CD, Kubernetes, and Linux is a plus. Background in finance, ad tech, or data platforms is preferred. AI/LLM integration experience is a strong plus. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Bilingual English and Mandarin are required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
