About Binance Accelerator Program Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Requirements
Responsibilities Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to foster collaboration and continuous learning. Analyze and work with sophisticated code structures, ensuring technical concepts are formalized into functional, clean, and efficient code. Perform small-scope refactoring to improve code quality and maintainability. Contribute to the development of mobile applications, including gaining experience in submitting apps to the App Store or other platforms. Read, analyze, and write technical documentation to support development tasks. Work collaboratively with the team to understand and implement Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes, contributing to requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment phases. Requirements Familiarity with sophisticated software development concepts and practices. Experience working with mobile application development and deployment platforms. Strong technical documentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear and actionable documentation. Understanding of version control systems, particularly Git. Ability to contribute to code quality improvements through refactoring and adherence to best practices. Knowledge of SDLC processes and experience working collaboratively across different phases of the software development lifecycle. Nice to Have Hands-on experience submitting apps to the App Store or similar platforms. Exposure to team-based collaboration tools and practices, such as brainstorming sessions and cross-functional meetings. Passion for learning and improving software development practices.
