What You'll Be Doing
Lead and scale a world-class engineering organization building core product infrastructure for crypto custody and distributed systems
Partner closely with product, security, and design teams to ship resilient smart contract-powered features at speed
Define technical roadmaps that balance rapid innovation with the rigorous security demands of institutional-grade blockchain infrastructure
Mentor and grow engineering managers and senior ICs, instilling a culture of ownership and technical excellence
Drive architectural decisions around key management, wallet infrastructure, and transaction signing systems
Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership to align engineering execution with company-wide DeFi and Web3 strategy
What We're Looking For
8+ years of engineering experience, with 3+ years in engineering leadership roles managing managers or senior teams
Proven track record building and scaling secure, high-availability systems—ideally within crypto, fintech, or infrastructure companies
Deep understanding of distributed systems, cryptography fundamentals, or blockchain architecture
Strong product sense and ability to translate business goals into technical execution
Excellent communication skills and experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Demonstrated ability to recruit, retain, and develop top-tier engineering talent
Bonus Points
Direct experience with crypto custody, wallet infrastructure, or key management systems
Familiarity with smart contract development or auditing practices
Background working at a leading exchange, custodian, or Web3 infrastructure company
Contributions to open-source blockchain projects or protocols
