As Director of Product and Innovation for Tokenisation, you'll spearhead initiatives that bring smart contracts, decentralized infrastructure, and digital asset frameworks into mainstream institutional finance, working alongside teams who blend AI with blockchain to deliver transformative client solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
Define and execute the product roadmap for asset tokenisation, bridging legacy financial systems with distributed ledger platforms
Collaborate cross-functionally with technology, legal, and risk teams to design compliant smart contract solutions for institutional clients
Identify emerging opportunities within DeFi, digital assets, and Web3 ecosystems that align with BNY's innovation strategy
Lead market research and competitive analysis to position BNY as a frontrunner in blockchain-enabled financial products
Partner with external crypto-native firms, consortiums, and regulators to shape industry standards for tokenised assets
Present innovation strategies and tokenisation business cases to senior leadership and key stakeholders
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in product management or innovation leadership within financial services, fintech, or blockchain sectors
Strong understanding of distributed ledger technology, smart contracts, and digital asset infrastructure
Demonstrated ability to translate complex blockchain concepts into actionable business strategies
Exceptional stakeholder management skills across technology, legal, and executive teams
Experience navigating regulatory considerations surrounding crypto and tokenised securities
Strategic thinker with a track record of launching innovative financial products

Direct experience with tokenisation platforms, custody solutions, or digital asset exchanges
Familiarity with DeFi protocols, permissioned blockchain networks, or institutional crypto infrastructure
