About This Role
As the Engineering Manager for QVAC, our Local AI SDK, you will lead a cross-functional team of C++ and JavaScript developers. This role is crucial for building and optimizing AI tools for local deployment, overseeing the entire development lifecycle, and driving performance and efficiency in edge computing applications.
What You'll Be Doing
Own timely and high-quality delivery of features by establishing clear milestones, conducting code reviews, and tracking progress.
Manage team leads and individual contributors, organizing workflows, including resource allocation, sprint planning, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams like product management and research to ensure SDK compatibility and alignment on technical standards.
Ensure developed solutions meet high technical standards and robust architectural practices.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Excellent English communication skills.
