What You'll Be Doing
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of frontend engineers building consumer-grade web3 applications
Drive technical strategy for user-facing products that interact with smart contracts and decentralized protocols
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and backend teams to ship intuitive blockchain-powered experiences
Establish engineering best practices, code quality standards, and scalable architecture for rapid product iteration
Champion performance optimization and accessibility across all consumer touchpoints
Partner with leadership to define roadmaps that balance innovation with reliability in the fast-moving crypto space
What We're Looking For
5+ years of frontend engineering experience, with 2+ years managing engineering teams
Deep expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or similar) and consumer product development
Familiarity with blockchain fundamentals, wallet integrations, or decentralized application architecture
Proven ability to balance hands-on technical leadership with people management
Strong communication skills and experience working in fast-paced, iterative environments
Passion for building products that make complex technology approachable for everyday users
Bonus Points
Prior experience shipping consumer products in crypto, DeFi, or NFT ecosystems
Hands-on experience integrating with smart contracts or web3 libraries (ethers.js, web3.js)
Background scaling engineering teams at high-growth startups
