Executive Assistant, Managing Director
- Manage all aspects of the Managing Director's calendar, including prioritization, conflict resolution, and proactive scheduling across Operations and Finance workstreams.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and process corresponding expenses in a timely manner.
- Support the Managing Director in preparing for recurring finance and operational cadences (e.g., monthly All Hands, budget cycles, operational reviews).
- Assist in drafting and editing internal communications, presentations, and briefing documents as needed.
- Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed, providing coordination and follow-through.
- 8+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in organizations with Finance and/or Operations functions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex, competing priorities across multiple workstreams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive business information with discretion.
- Comfort working with financial documents, operational reports, and business data at a summary level.
- Proficiency with modern productivity and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, or equivalents).
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Experience in crypto, fintech, investment management or other regulated industries.
- Knowledge of DeFi, tokenized assets or blockchain ecosystems.
- Familiarity with financial reporting cycles, budget processes, or operational KPI frameworks.
- Experience implementing or improving administrative systems, tools, or workflows.
- Previous experience using ChatGPT, Claude, and Fireflies.ai a plus.
