What you might bring
- •A background in engineering, computer science, mathematics, cryptography, finance, AI/ML, or other relevant technical or research-focused disciplines.
- •Hands-on experience building or supporting products, research, or infrastructure in Web3, DeFi, or Layer 1/L2 ecosystems.
- •Experience in one or more of the following research areas: protocol design, ZK systems, applied cryptography, DeFi, MEV, or governance mechanisms.
- •Strong written and verbal communication skills, and an ability to collaborate across distributed, async teams.
- •A proactive mindset and ability to thrive in ambiguity, taking ownership and driving impact with minimal direction.
- •Passion for Ethereum, open-source software, and the long-term vision of decentralized networks.
Bonus if you have
- •Experience contributing to open-source projects (especially in Ethereum or related ecosystems).
- •Familiarity with Ethereum protocol internals, smart contract security, rollups, or cryptoeconomic design.
- •Understanding of decentralized governance, tokenomics, or on-chain data analysis.
- •Product thinking, systems design, or experience in technical project management.
- •AI/ML research or development experience, especially as applied in the crypto space.
- •Participation in hackathons, research competitions, or open-source projects within the Web3 or AI ecosystems.
