This is a rare opportunity to lead product strategy for a rapidly scaling multi-asset brokerage that spans CFDs, Forex, Commodities, Bonds, and Cryptocurrencies alongside Exchange-Traded Derivatives. What You'll Be Doing
Define and execute the product roadmap for Futures, Options, and Exchange-Traded Derivatives, ensuring alignment with market demand and emerging distributed ledger trends
Collaborate with trading, compliance, and technology teams to launch competitive products across CFDs, crypto, and traditional asset classes
Monitor market developments in DeFi, smart contracts, and digital asset trading to identify new product opportunities
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, client-focused trading solutions
Partner with regulatory and risk teams to ensure all exchange-traded offerings meet multi-jurisdictional compliance standards
Drive go-to-market strategies for new products, working closely with marketing and sales leadership
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in product management within exchange-traded derivatives, brokerage, or financial markets
Strong understanding of Futures, Options, and multi-asset trading environments, with familiarity in blockchain and crypto markets a plus
Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional, global teams
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across trading, tech, and compliance functions
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market trends into actionable product strategy
Based in or willing to relocate to Central London
Bonus Points
Direct experience working with decentralized finance platforms or crypto exchange products
Familiarity with smart contract-based trading infrastructure or tokenized assets
Background in regulated multi-asset brokerages with global exposure
Knowledge of emerging web3 trading technologies
