Requirements
What Will You Do? Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with Socrates' mission and goals. Leadership & Collaboration: Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, and engineers. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture. User-Centric Design: Advocate for the needs and experiences of our diverse user base, ensuring the product meets their needs and drives engagement. Market Analysis & Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation and growth. Roadmap Development: Create and manage a product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives that drive user engagement and platform growth. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders across the company, including marketing, operations, and executive leadership, to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives. Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data analytics and user feedback to drive product improvements and measure the success of product initiatives. What Are We Looking For? Experience: Relevant product management experience, with a significant portion at leading companies. Candidates with less experience are also welcome to apply. Leadership: Proven experience in leading and scaling product teams in a fast-paced environment. Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans. User Focus: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
