About This Role
As a Lead Developer, you will be instrumental in building out new trading systems and extending existing infrastructure for a cutting-edge systematic crypto trading desk. You will leverage your expertise in C++ to design high-performance, low-latency solutions that drive the firm's success in digital asset markets.
What You'll Be Doing
Designing, developing, and deploying high-frequency, low-latency trading systems in C++.
Working on the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to production deployment and support.
Collaborating closely with traders and quantitative researchers to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Optimizing system performance and ensuring reliability and scalability of trading infrastructure.
Mentoring junior developers and contributing to technical architectural decisions.
What We're Looking For
Strong proficiency in C++ development, with expertise in modern C++ standards.
Experience with high-performance, low-latency systems, preferably in a trading or financial environment.
Knowledge of systematic trading strategies and market microstructure.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Bonus Points
Experience with crypto or digital asset trading.
Familiarity with distributed systems and cloud technologies.
Experience with Python for scripting or data analysis.
