What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in Operations Management, Program Management, or a similar role, ideally within the FinTech, blockchain, or high-growth tech industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and initiatives from start to finish.
Exceptional organizational and planning skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence diverse stakeholders at all levels.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
Experience in process refinement and driving operational efficiencies.
A deep understanding of the decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystem, blockchain technology, and cryptocurrency is a significant advantage.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment, with a high degree of autonomy and ambiguity.
A passion for groundbreaking technology and a genuine interest in shaping the future of finance.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
Bonus Points
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Notion, Asana) and collaboration platforms.
Familiarity with smart contract platforms and decentralized applications (dApps).
Experience working remotely in a global team.
A strong network within the crypto/DeFi space.
