    About This Role

    This is an exciting opportunity to act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, blending structured thinking with hands-on execution. You'll be instrumental in developing scalable, practical people programs, from performance and development to engagement and culture, all aligned with our ambitious growth.

    What You'll Be Doing

    Act as a hands-on business partner, guiding managers on performance, development, and team dynamics.

    Ensure a seamless, positive experience across the entire employee lifecycle.

    Collaborate with leaders, especially in engineering and product, to translate their goals into actionable people initiatives.

    Handle day-to-day People operations, maintaining organized and fair contracts, policies, and systems.

    Design and deliver career progression frameworks and learning programs.

    Take a builder’s approach, experimenting and iterating to create scalable solutions.

    Enhance onboarding to ensure new joiners feel connected and set up for success.

    Support culture and belonging initiatives that reflect our values and strengthen connection across distributed teams.

    Use data and feedback to measure the impact of People initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

    What We're Looking For

    5+ years of experience in HRBP, People Operations, or generalist roles, ideally within fast-paced, scaling environments.

    Proven track record as a People Partner, effectively guiding managers and supporting employees.

    Strong ability to combine structured thinking with hands-on execution.

    Experience in designing and delivering people programs.

    Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with various teams and leadership.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
