Product Analyst
About This Role
As a Product Analyst at Kernel, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our data-driven growth strategies. You'll contribute to our mission of capturing emerging opportunities in the $100B+ market of liquid restaking, tokenized CeDeFi, and real-world assets (RWAs) by providing actionable insights and supporting decision-making.
What You'll Be Doing
Assist in the management and analysis of operational and financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
Work cross-functionally with teams to gather, understand, and document business requirements.
Conduct detailed analysis of key trends and growth drivers for DeFi products.
Assist leadership in formulating launch strategies for new chains.
Set up and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for our products on each chain.
Formulate and execute data-driven growth strategies to expand product penetration.
What We're Looking For
2-5 years of experience after undergraduate school.
Previous experience with Tier 1 startups, Web3, Blockchain, or Crypto domains.
Inclination towards Tech and DeFi.
Ability to effectively communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Bonus Points
Experience with tools such as Excel and Python for data analysis.
