Product Manager
About This Role
As the Product Manager for Growth & Subscriptions, you will be instrumental in boosting Xapo Bank's retail PnL through innovative member engagement and subscription strategies. You'll lead the creation and optimization of a world-class growth ecosystem, focusing on financial incentives and rewards to make Xapo Bank indispensable to our members.
What You'll Be Doing
Define and own the product vision and strategic roadmap for member engagement and loyalty programs, including earnings and referrals.
Develop and optimize member journeys to maximize engagement with earning features, driving referral growth, increasing member LTV, and reducing churn.
Drive end-to-end product execution with a cross-functional team from ideation through launch and iteration.
Conduct in-depth market and user research to identify key motivators for loyalty and advocacy, translating insights into a prioritized backlog.
Lead a sophisticated experimentation program to optimize the loyalty funnel, focusing on referral conversion, rewards, and the impact of savings on retention.
Instrument, analyze, and own a sophisticated set of KPIs, including program ROI, CAC reduction, and uplift in member engagement.
Develop comprehensive business cases for new initiatives, including partnership opportunities.
What We're Looking For
