Product Operations Lead - MetaMask
About This Role
As the Product Operations Lead, you will spearhead product and cross-functional processes, driving revenue opportunities and ensuring MetaMask hits key performance indicators. You will lead a dedicated team, leveraging an AI-first mindset to optimize workflows and propel us toward IPO readiness by consistently delivering high-quality products on schedule.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead and scale a team of Product Operations Managers across multiple product lines.
Drive AI adoption and automation across all workflows, piloting and deploying agents for reporting, communications, and data-driven decision-making.
Operationalize core objectives, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of high-value features.
Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Customer Success, and Go-to-Market functions to improve product quality and reduce ambiguity.
Champion process architecting, bar-raising, and effective stakeholder coordination.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in product operations or a similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
A deep understanding of product development lifecycles.
Experience in driving process improvements and operational efficiency.
A commitment to quality and timely delivery.
