About This Role
As a Senior BD Associate, you will be instrumental in expanding the adoption of USDe, USDtb, and other Ethena products. This role offers a unique opportunity to build critical partnerships, drive integrations, and make a significant impact on the growth of innovative digital dollar solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
Drive adoption by sourcing, evaluating, and closing new partnership opportunities across DeFi, exchanges, wallets, and fintech platforms.
Build the ecosystem by developing relationships with key players including liquidity providers, on/off-ramps, payment processors, and blockchain foundations.
Support integrations by collaborating with product and technical teams to onboard partners seamlessly.
Conduct market research to monitor trends in asset issuance, DeFi, and regulatory developments, informing business strategy.
