This is a hands-on engineering position focused on architecting the blockchain infrastructure that powers secure custody and tokenization platforms. You'll work directly with Layer-1 protocols, wallet systems, and core infrastructure services, partnering closely with security and custody teams to ensure every blockchain interaction is resilient, observable, and ready for real-world scale. It's a rare opportunity to shape foundational systems in a space where reliability and security are non-negotiable.
What You'll Be Doing
Design, build, and maintain Layer-1 blockchain integrations that power custody and tokenization workflows
Develop and harden wallet engineering systems supporting secure digital asset management
Build core infrastructure services that enable reliable, observable blockchain operations at scale
Collaborate cross-functionally with security and custody teams to embed best practices into every layer of the stack
Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability tooling to ensure production-grade uptime for distributed systems
Troubleshoot and optimize blockchain node infrastructure, APIs, and transaction pipelines
What We're Looking For
Proven experience building production blockchain or distributed systems infrastructure
Strong understanding of Layer-1 blockchain protocols, consensus mechanisms, and node operations
Hands-on experience with wallet architecture, key management, or custody-related systems
Solid backend engineering skills in languages such as Go, Rust, or Python
Familiarity with smart contracts and how they interact with custody or tokenization platforms
Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally with security-focused teams
Bonus Points
Experience with DeFi protocols or decentralized exchange infrastructure
Background in HSM integration or multi-party computation (MPC) wallet systems
Contributions to open-source blockchain projects or protocol development
Familiarity with regulatory or compliance considerations in digital asset custody
