This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who thrives at the intersection of blockchain infrastructure and enterprise-grade security. You'll be deep in the weeds of Layer-1 integrations, wallet architecture, and custody workflows—building systems that institutions trust to safeguard billions in digital assets. If you want real ownership over foundational distributed systems work, this is it.
What You'll Be Doing
Design and implement Layer-1 blockchain integrations connecting multiple distributed ledger networks to our custody and tokenization platforms
Build and maintain core infrastructure services supporting secure smart contract interactions and transaction processing
Engineer wallet systems and key management solutions that meet institutional-grade security standards
Develop custody-related blockchain workflows in close partnership with security and compliance teams
Ensure blockchain interactions remain observable, resilient, and production-ready through rigorous monitoring and testing
Collaborate cross-functionally to translate complex web3 protocols into reliable, scalable infrastructure
What We're Looking For
5+ years of senior engineering experience, with hands-on blockchain or distributed systems work
Deep understanding of Layer-1 protocols, consensus mechanisms, and blockchain node infrastructure
Proven experience building wallet infrastructure, key management, or custody solutions
Strong background in smart contract interactions and transaction lifecycle management
Excellent collaboration skills, especially working alongside security-focused teams
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced crypto environment where precision and security are non-negotiable
Bonus Points
Experience with DeFi protocols or tokenization platforms
Familiarity with multi-party computation (MPC) or hardware security modules (HSM)
Background in regulatory or compliance-driven blockchain environments
Contributions to open-source blockchain projects or protocol development
