What You'll Be Doing
Architect and integrate Layer-1 blockchain protocols into custody and tokenization platforms
Build and maintain core infrastructure services supporting secure digital asset workflows
Design and engineer wallet systems that meet institutional security and reliability standards
Develop custody-related blockchain workflows with an emphasis on observability and fault tolerance
Collaborate cross-functionally with security, operations, and custody teams to harden smart contracts and transaction pipelines
Troubleshoot and optimize blockchain node infrastructure for uptime and performance at scale
What We're Looking For
Proven experience building production blockchain or distributed ledger infrastructure
Strong background in Layer-1 protocol integration and node operations
Hands-on expertise with wallet engineering, key management, or custody systems
Solid understanding of smart contracts, decentralized systems, and crypto transaction mechanics
Experience designing for security, observability, and reliability in high-stakes environments
Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work closely with security-focused teams
Bonus Points
Experience with tokenization platforms or digital asset custody solutions
Familiarity with DeFi protocols and multi-chain infrastructure
Background in cryptography or secure key management systems
Exposure to regulatory or compliance considerations in institutional crypto custody
