What You'll Be Doing
Design and build robust Layer-1 blockchain integrations that connect core infrastructure to multiple distributed networks
Engineer secure wallet systems and custody workflows that protect digital assets at scale
Develop and maintain blockchain node infrastructure with a focus on reliability, observability, and uptime
Partner closely with security and custody teams to harden smart contract interactions and transaction pipelines
Build internal tooling and APIs that streamline blockchain operations across tokenization platforms
Troubleshoot and optimize blockchain-related production systems to ensure seamless, secure crypto asset management
What We're Looking For
5+ years of backend or infrastructure engineering experience, with direct exposure to blockchain or distributed ledger technology
Strong understanding of Layer-1 protocols, consensus mechanisms, and wallet architecture (hot/cold, multisig, MPC)
Proven experience building production-grade services in a high-security environment
Proficiency in Go, Rust, or similar languages used in blockchain infrastructure
Solid grasp of smart contracts, transaction lifecycle, and on-chain data handling
Excellent collaboration skills—comfortable working cross-functionally with security, compliance, and product teams
Bonus Points
Experience with custody platforms, digital asset tokenization, or DeFi protocols
Familiarity with HSMs, key management systems, or MPC-based wallet solutions
Contributions to open-source blockchain projects or protocol-level development
Exposure to multi-chain infrastructure and cross-chain interoperability solutions
