About This Role
This highly strategic and hands-on role will involve driving Tether's global executive hiring strategy, attracting C-level and senior leaders. You will work directly with executives across various functions, leading complex searches from end-to-end and ensuring alignment with the company's values and ambitious growth plans.
What You'll Be Doing
Act as a trusted advisor to executives and senior leaders on talent strategy and executive hiring.
Lead full-cycle recruitment for global leadership and highly specialized technical roles, from search design to offer negotiation.
Partner closely with leadership to define hiring needs and map markets.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Build strong relationships with C-level and senior leaders.
