What You'll Be Doing
Lead the design and development of secure, high-performance Java applications integrated with blockchain and smart contract technologies
Serve as a technical anchor within an agile team, guiding architecture decisions for distributed ledger and DeFi-adjacent systems
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, security, and infrastructure teams to deliver trusted, enterprise-grade decentralized solutions
Mentor engineers while fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous improvement
Evaluate emerging blockchain frameworks and crypto technologies to inform strategic engineering decisions
Troubleshoot complex distributed systems issues, ensuring stability and scalability at enterprise scale
What We're Looking For
Extensive hands-on experience with Java development in large-scale, production environments
Proven background designing and delivering software within agile, cross-functional teams
Solid understanding of blockchain architecture, smart contracts, or distributed ledger concepts
Strong grasp of system design principles for building secure, resilient financial technology
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence technical direction across teams
Demonstrated leadership experience mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence

Direct experience building or integrating DeFi protocols or crypto-native applications
Familiarity with Ethereum, Hyperledger, or other leading web3 platforms
