Senior Product Manager
About This Role
As the product champion for our Web3 wallet, you will define the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a critical part of our ecosystem. This is a high-impact, senior individual contributor role where your expertise will directly influence both retail users and developers, ensuring our wallet remains at the forefront of innovation.
What You'll Be Doing
Define and articulate the vision and strategy for our Web3 wallet,
Align product vision with company objectives, evolving regulations, and global market trends
Build and manage the wallet product roadmap, prioritizing features based on user feedback, technical feasibility, and business value
Drive the end-to-end delivery of wallet features, account abstraction flows, and integrations
Own backlog management and ensure smooth execution with engineering and design teams
Champion exceptional UX/UI standards by embedding user research and feedback into product development
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Compliance to translate requirements into successful product launches
Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and differentiation strategies
Define KPIs and success metrics to measure adoption, usability, and performance, and refine strategy based on insights
What We're Looking For
5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years in blockchain, fintech, or consumer technology
Extensive knowledge of blockchain technology, Web3 wallet design, and digital asset market trends
Proven track record of shipping consumer-facing products at scale
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and experience collaborating with design teams
Excellent written & verbal English communication skills; able to articulate product vision, write clear specifications, and influence stakeholders
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Flexibility to work across time zones
Bonus Points
Experience with account abstraction, decentralized identity, or developer-facing SDKs
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks in crypto/fintech
Exposure to dApp ecosystems, DeFi, or self-custodial wallet products
Prior work on a self-custodial crypto wallet or DeFi app
Experience contributing to open-source or Web3 communities
