You'll own the roadmap for digital asset products that digitize Western Union's vast retail footprint while unlocking new crypto-enabled experiences for remittance recipients and digital wallet holders. What You'll Be Doing
Define and execute product strategy for USDPT and related digital asset offerings across global markets
Translate Western Union's retail network into a digitized, blockchain-powered ecosystem
Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and design teams to launch DeFi-adjacent features, including Stablecard and crypto wallet integrations
Identify and prioritize opportunities within remittance corridors to expand stablecoin adoption
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smart contract implementations align with regulatory and business requirements
Monitor market trends in web3 and distributed finance to inform roadmap decisions
What We're Looking For
5+ years of product management experience, with direct exposure to blockchain, crypto, or fintech products
Demonstrated understanding of stablecoins, digital wallets, and decentralized payment rails
Strong analytical skills paired with the ability to translate complex blockchain concepts into user-friendly product decisions
Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, legal, and compliance teams in regulated environments
Excellent communication skills and a track record of influencing senior stakeholders
Comfort operating in ambiguity within a fast-evolving crypto landscape
Bonus Points
Prior experience launching products built on smart contracts or distributed ledger technology
Familiarity with remittance markets and cross-border payment infrastructure
Background in digital asset custody, wallet architecture, or token issuance
Existing network within the web3 and DeFi community
