What You'll Be Doing
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer, ensuring strong hiring manager partnership and candidate advocacy.
Source and hire top-tier candidates across various roles within our technical organization.
Strategize and execute on diverse talent pipeline-building activities, including research, referrals, events, and sourcing campaigns.
Proactively find, engage, and activate passive candidates through effective screening and interviewing.
Deliver an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate, guiding them from application to offer.
Ensure interview teams are prepared and facilitate effective interview and hiring decision-making processes.
Track pipeline, priorities, and performance data, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders.
Recommend and drive improvements to enhance the overall recruiting organization's effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting and sourcing experience, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment.
5+ years of proven experience sourcing with LinkedIn (or similar platforms) in a fast-paced setting.
Demonstrated ability to successfully identify, manage, and engage exceptional candidates.
Proven track record of continuous improvement through problem-solving and delivering actionable solutions.
Expertise in qualifying and a strong history of hiring passive engineering talent.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Bonus Points
