About This Role
We are seeking a skilled Talent Sourcer specializing in AI and Technology for a 6-month contract. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and engaging top global talent, particularly for our fast-growing AI and tech initiatives, making a significant impact in an innovative and international environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Partner with Recruiters to understand hiring needs and role requirements across multiple departments.
Source, identify, and engage passive and active candidates through various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and Boolean search techniques.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Maintain and update the Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate information on candidate interactions and statuses.
Conduct initial outreach to candidates, effectively communicating Tether’s mission and value proposition.
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and sourcing best practices to continuously improve processes.
Contribute to a positive candidate experience by providing timely and professional communication.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or in a similar recruiting role, with a strong focus on AI and technology profiles.
Experience sourcing candidates globally.
Proficiency in using sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, CRM).
Strong understanding of Boolean search techniques and other advanced sourcing methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote global team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
Bonus Points
Experience in the blockchain, fintech, or crypto industries.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
