As a Technical Sourcer, you will be instrumental in identifying and engaging top-tier global talent, particularly in AI and technology. What You'll Be Doing
Partner with Recruiters to understand hiring needs and role requirements across multiple departments.
Source, identify, and engage passive and active candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and Boolean search techniques.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Maintain and update candidate records within our applicant tracking system (ATS).
Conduct initial outreach and screening of candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-up.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in technical sourcing.
Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to refine sourcing strategies and achieve hiring goals.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Technical Sourcer or Recruiter, with a strong focus on AI and technology profiles.
Solid understanding of various sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, X-Ray search).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring teams.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Bonus Points
Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) like Greenhouse or Workday.
Knowledge of the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry.
