    About This Role

As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll be the critical link between our cutting-edge crypto infrastructure and the innovators relying on it daily. This role offers a front-row seat to the rapid evolution of smart contracts, DeFi protocols, and multi-chain ecosystems—backed by investors like Tiger Global, Y Combinator, and SoftBank.

    What You'll Be Doing

    Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by developers integrating with our blockchain node infrastructure and APIs

    Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through RPC endpoints, smart contract interactions, and node configuration challenges

    Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve complex distributed systems issues

    Document recurring technical patterns to improve internal knowledge bases and customer-facing resources

    Monitor platform performance and proactively identify issues affecting uptime across supported chains

    Educate clients on best practices for leveraging decentralized infrastructure within their Web3 applications

    What We're Looking For

    Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including consensus mechanisms, transactions, and smart contracts

    2+ years of experience in technical support, DevOps, or software engineering roles

    Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON-RPC, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar)

    Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for varied audiences

    Problem-solving mindset with a passion for troubleshooting under pressure

    Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving crypto environment

    Bonus Points

    Hands-on experience with Ethereum, Solana, or other major blockchain networks

    Familiarity with DeFi protocols, NFTs, or Layer 2 scaling solutions

    Scripting experience in Python, JavaScript, or Bash for troubleshooting automation

    Previous experience at a Web3 or crypto-native company
