What You'll Be Doing
Execute and manage trading strategies across spot, derivatives, and DeFi-adjacent crypto instruments
Monitor market microstructure and liquidity conditions across centralized and decentralized venues
Identify and capitalize on arbitrage, hedging, and relative-value opportunities within volatile crypto markets
Collaborate cross-functionally with quant, risk, and engineering teams to refine trading infrastructure and smart contract-based settlement systems
Maintain real-time risk oversight on positions tied to distributed ledger assets
Build and strengthen relationships with counterparties, exchanges, and liquidity providers across the blockchain ecosystem
What We're Looking For
Proven trading experience, ideally within crypto, FX, or traditional derivatives markets
Strong quantitative skills and comfort analyzing data in fast-paced, volatile environments
Deep curiosity about blockchain technology, decentralized finance, and digital asset market structure
Ability to make high-stakes decisions calmly under pressure
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field
Bonus Points
Hands-on experience trading or building within DeFi protocols
Familiarity with smart contracts, on-chain settlement, or custody solutions
Prior exposure to institutional crypto trading desks or prime brokerage services
Programming skills (Python, SQL) for strategy automation
