What success looks like
- •Fine tune our shipping process and keep shipping errors and inventory discrepancies to near zero your work sets the gold standard
- •Keep fulfillment on track even as volume doubles you’ll help shape and evolve our processes as we scale
- •Spot workflow bottlenecks and suggest fixes. Your ideas will directly influence how we work.

- •You hit or exceed throughput targets week over week
