What You'll Be Doing
Design and build an AI-powered agent that reads, extracts, and interprets key terms from complex credit and loan agreements
Develop full-stack features connecting AI/LLM models with event-driven APIs and blockchain-backed transaction layers
Prototype rapidly, iterating on AI agent accuracy, speed, and reliability in a live financial services environment
Integrate smart contract logic to support automated, auditable loan processing workflows
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and compliance teams to ship secure, scalable decentralized solutions
Continuously evaluate and refine LLM pipelines to improve extraction accuracy on unstructured financial documents
What We're Looking For
Strong full-stack engineering background with hands-on experience building production-grade applications
Practical experience working with AI/LLM technologies (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models, or similar)
Familiarity with blockchain fundamentals, smart contracts, or crypto-based transaction systems
Experience designing and consuming APIs within event-driven, microservices architectures
Comfort working in a fast-paced, prototype-driven environment within regulated financial services
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate ambiguous requirements into working systems
Bonus Points
Prior experience in DeFi, fintech, or lending/credit platforms
Hands-on exposure to smart contract development (Solidity or similar)
Experience with document parsing, NLP, or information extraction from legal/financial text
Familiarity with distributed systems and blockchain transaction infrastructure at scale
