About This Role
We're searching for a hands-on Blockchain Engineer who thrives on taking existing distributed ledger integrations—wallet initialization flows and smart contract scaffolding built by external partners—and evolving them into robust, scalable systems. You'll have significant influence over product direction, feature design, and technical strategy as we grow our DeFi-adjacent platform.
What You'll Be Doing
Take ownership of wallet connectivity and smart contract integrations initially architected by outside collaborators, refining them into long-term, maintainable systems
Write clean, well-documented code that powers new blockchain-based features and strengthens overall platform reliability
Partner closely with product and design teams during ideation sessions, helping translate ambitious web3 concepts into actionable engineering roadmaps
Drive post-launch iteration—squashing bugs, optimizing performance, and evolving features based on real user behavior and crypto market feedback
Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize technical debt, security hardening, and scalability improvements across the stack
Stay current on emerging blockchain protocols and DeFi standards to keep our product competitive
What We're Looking For
Proven experience building and shipping smart contracts and wallet integrations in production environments
Strong command of Solidity or equivalent smart contract languages, plus familiarity with EVM-compatible chains
Solid understanding of decentralized application architecture, including on-chain/off-chain data flow
Ability to independently pick up and extend code written by external teams or vendors
Excellent communication skills—comfortable translating technical tradeoffs for non-technical stakeholders
A builder's mindset: comfortable operating in ambiguity and iterating quickly in a fast-moving crypto environment
Bonus Points
Experience with DeFi protocols, DEXs, or on-chain financial primitives
Familiarity with Layer 2 scaling solutions or cross-chain bridging
Contributions to open-source blockchain projects or web3 developer tooling
Background working with multi-sig wallets or custody solutions
