What You'll Be Doing
Provide high-quality service to all LMAX crypto clients
Complete internal processes and tasks to a high standard
Specialize and develop expertise in one or more departmental areas
Support and mentor team members, enhancing their operational understanding
Lead training initiatives for new tasks and client interaction improvements
Act as a senior team member, understanding and resolving complex operational client queries
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a broker operations role
Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency market and related operations
Excellent client service skills
Ability to understand and troubleshoot complex operational issues
Mentorship and leadership potential within a team setting
