What You'll Be Doing
Partner directly with digital assets engineering and product teams to identify, assess, and mitigate operational and technology risks tied to blockchain-based platforms
Evaluate smart contract architecture, crypto custody solutions, and distributed systems for vulnerabilities before they reach production
Design and implement embedded risk controls tailored to decentralized and tokenized financial products
Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, compliance, and cybersecurity teams to ensure digital asset initiatives meet regulatory and enterprise risk standards
Monitor emerging threats across the web3 and crypto landscape, translating findings into actionable risk mitigation strategies
Serve as a trusted risk advisor during the design and rollout of new blockchain-enabled products and services
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in risk management, ideally with direct exposure to blockchain, crypto, or distributed ledger technologies
Strong understanding of smart contract risk, digital asset custody, and the broader DeFi ecosystem
Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical risk into clear, actionable guidance for stakeholders at all levels
Background in financial services, market infrastructure, or fintech environments
Excellent collaboration skills and comfort operating within fast-moving, innovation-driven teams
Bachelor's degree in finance, computer science, risk management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Bonus Points
Hands-on familiarity with blockchain protocols, tokenization frameworks, or crypto exchange operations
Experience working with regulators or industry bodies on digital asset policy
Professional certifications in risk management (FRM, PRM) or blockchain technology
Exposure to institutional-grade digital asset custody platforms
