As Engineering Manager, you'll own the technical direction and people leadership for teams building smart contracts, distributed systems, and DeFi-adjacent infrastructure, while mentoring engineers to deliver innovative, production-grade software for forward-thinking clients.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead and mentor a cross-functional engineering team delivering blockchain, cloud-native, and AI-driven solutions
Partner with architects and product leads to design scalable smart contract and distributed ledger systems
Drive sprint planning, code quality standards, and technical roadmaps across multiple client engagements
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust web3 and cloud computing solutions
Champion engineering best practices across decentralized applications, data pipelines, and AI integrations
Recruit, coach, and grow engineering talent passionate about crypto, blockchain, and emerging tech
What We're Looking For
5+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or management capacity
Hands-on background with cloud-native architectures (GCP preferred) and modern software development practices
Familiarity with blockchain concepts, smart contracts, or decentralized systems is highly valued
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical topics for diverse stakeholders
Proven ability to manage multiple consulting engagements or client-facing engineering teams simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
Bonus Points
Direct experience architecting or deploying DeFi protocols, crypto wallets, or distributed ledger applications
Google Cloud certifications or deep GCP ecosystem expertise
Background working within fast-paced technology consulting environments
Exposure to AI/ML pipelines integrated with blockchain or Web3 infrastructure
