What You'll Be Doing
Architect and execute full-funnel growth strategies that drive developer acquisition and activation across Alchemy's blockchain infrastructure platform
Design and optimize experiments across paid, organic, and lifecycle marketing channels to scale smart contract developer adoption
Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams to align growth initiatives with Alchemy's distributed ledger roadmap
Analyze funnel performance and user behavior data to uncover growth opportunities within the crypto and DeFi developer community
Build and refine onboarding flows, referral programs, and retention loops tailored to web3-native audiences
Own growth KPIs and report insights to leadership, shaping company-wide strategy for scaling decentralized applications
What We're Looking For
4+ years of growth marketing experience, ideally within SaaS, developer tools, or blockchain/crypto environments
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in A/B testing, funnel analysis, and growth experimentation frameworks
Deep curiosity about blockchain, smart contracts, and decentralized technologies—you follow web3 trends closely
Proven track record of driving measurable growth through creative, data-informed marketing campaigns
Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across technical and non-technical teams
Self-starter mentality thriving in fast-paced, high-growth crypto environments
Bonus Points
Prior experience marketing to developer audiences or technical personas
Familiarity with onchain analytics tools and blockchain ecosystem dynamics
Background in DeFi, NFTs, or layer-2 scaling solutions
Experience with product-led growth (PLG) strategies
