About This Role
This role isn't about maintenance – it's about pioneering. You'll lead the charge in scaling our fulfillment operations to handle $10M/month, ensuring best-in-class service, and driving client retention, renewals, and upsells, all while shaping a culture of proactive service.
What You'll Be Doing
Scale and lead fulfillment systems to manage $10M/month by end-2026.
Achieve and maintain industry-leading NPS and client satisfaction metrics.
Drive client experience, retention, renewals, and upsells.
Oversee critical fulfillment operations to minimize disputes and refunds.
Recruit, manage, and develop a high-performing team of A-players.
Instill high standards and foster a culture of service and proactivity.
Design and implement repeatable, scalable processes without compromising quality.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience building and scaling fulfillment or client success in fast-growth companies.
Demonstrated ability to set standards, hire top talent, and make tough personnel decisions.
A systems-thinker, capable of designing scalable processes.
Crypto-native or a strong willingness to rapidly become one.
Calm, objectively accountable, and highly ethical.
Driven and results-oriented, always pushing for excellence.
Bonus Points
Experience with metric-led results in customer relations, client success, or fulfillment.
Specific examples of building teams and customer journeys that dramatically increased revenue.
