Head of Institutional Partnerships
About This Role
This is a pivotal role for an experienced individual to expand Celestia's institutional and enterprise relationships. You will be instrumental in originating, managing, and closing strategic partnerships that accelerate Celestia’s presence and impact in the financial and enterprise sectors.
What You'll Be Doing
Develop and execute Celestia’s global institutional business development strategy.
Leverage your existing network to identify and engage institutional and enterprise partners, specifically targeting fintechs, financial institutions (banks, payment processors, asset managers, exchanges), and large-scale enterprises exploring blockchain integrations.
Manage the full sales and relationship lifecycle, from initial outreach to deal negotiation and post-launch relationship management.
Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and BD teams to align institutional feedback with Celestia’s roadmap and positioning.
Represent Celestia at institutional and fintech conferences, including public speaking, to deepen engagement and visibility.
Track market trends and competitive dynamics to identify new partnership opportunities.
What We're Looking For
Based in New York City.
7+ years of experience in institutional partnerships, business development, or enterprise sales within crypto, fintech, or blockchain.
Proven track record of originating, negotiating, and closing complex strategic partnerships with financial institutions and large enterprises.
Strong existing network across institutional crypto, fintech, and technology organizations.
Ability to articulate complex technical concepts (Celestia's product value) to a sophisticated audience.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first startup environment.
