Implementation Manager
About This Role
As an Implementation Manager, you'll own the critical journey from signed contract to fully live client integration, ensuring merchants and partners unlock the full power of Unlimit's intelligent financial infrastructure. This role sits at the heart of our evolution from traditional fintech operations into AI-native, blockchain-aware financial systems — giving you a front-row seat to how decentralized technologies and smart contract-driven automation are reshaping global payments.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead end-to-end client onboarding, coordinating across product, engineering, and compliance teams to deliver seamless integrations spanning payment rails, crypto gateways, and multi-currency accounts
Translate complex technical requirements — including API integrations, DeFi-adjacent payment flows, and distributed ledger connectivity — into clear implementation roadmaps
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during go-live, proactively resolving blockers and managing expectations
Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot integration issues involving smart contracts, crypto rails, and automated transaction systems
Build and refine standardized implementation playbooks to scale onboarding as Unlimit expands across new markets and web3 use cases
Monitor post-launch performance, gathering client feedback to continuously improve the implementation process
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in implementation, project management, or client onboarding roles within fintech, payments, or blockchain/crypto environments
Strong understanding of payment processing workflows, API integrations, and financial infrastructure
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments typical of growing web3 and fintech organizations
Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
Based in or willing to relocate to Mexico City
Bonus Points
Hands-on experience implementing crypto gateway or decentralized payment solutions
Familiarity with smart contracts, DeFi protocols, or blockchain-based settlement systems
Previous exposure to BaaS platforms or multi-currency account infrastructure
Experience working with AI-driven automation tools in operational workflows
