As the UK Lead for Regulatory Affairs and Licensing, you will play a pivotal role in navigating the evolving regulatory landscape of the crypto and stablecoin industry. What You'll Be Doing
Lead regulatory and licensing efforts for Tether and its affiliated entities in the United Kingdom.
Work closely with regulators to translate company policy objectives into favorable regulatory requirements.
Develop a deep understanding of the regulatory environment concerning the crypto-asset and stablecoin industry in the UK.
Pursue and obtain necessary regulatory authorizations and approvals.
Continuously enhance your understanding of the Company’s products, services, blockchain technology, and regulatory requirements.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in regulatory affairs or legal roles, preferably within the financial services or FinTech sectors.
Strong understanding of the regulatory environment for crypto-assets and stablecoins in the UK.
Self-starter with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.
Eagerness to self-develop and continuously learn about new technologies and regulations.
Excellent English communication skills.
