You'll be the core AI expert driving a complete reinvention of how deals are onboarded onto blockchain infrastructure, extracting critical terms from credit agreements and converting them into automated, self-executing smart contracts. What You'll Be Doing
Design and build AI-driven pipelines that extract structured terms from complex legal and credit documents
Translate extracted data into smart contract logic deployed on blockchain networks
Collaborate with engineering, legal, and product teams to rethink deal onboarding workflows end-to-end
Develop robust Java or Python-based services integrating AI models with decentralized infrastructure
Optimize natural language processing models for accuracy in financial and contractual contexts
Partner with blockchain developers to ensure seamless integration between AI outputs and on-chain execution
What We're Looking For
Strong hands-on development background in Java or Python
Proven experience building production-grade AI/ML systems, ideally involving NLP or document extraction
Familiarity with blockchain fundamentals, smart contracts, and distributed ledger concepts
Ability to work independently as a core technical expert on ambiguous, high-stakes problems
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with legal and engineering stakeholders
Must be eligible to work on direct W2 (no H1B transfers); local Dallas-area candidates strongly preferred
Bonus Points
Experience applying AI to DeFi, fintech, or legal-tech platforms
Prior work converting unstructured data into executable smart contract logic
Exposure to credit agreements, loan documentation, or structured finance products
Familiarity with Web3 development tools and blockchain deployment pipelines
