About This Role
As a Senior Analyst, SOX IT, you will be instrumental in maturing our IT SOX program, ensuring robust security compliance that protects our assets and builds trust with stakeholders. You'll play a critical role in scaling our security compliance engine, driving positive change across the business, and navigating the complexities of a rapidly evolving industry.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead Security and IT initiatives to support the SOX roadmap and advance program maturity.
Assist with SOX planning activities, including scoping IT systems and creating training material.
Lead security control gap assessments, recommend remediation plans, and track through completion.
Assess SOX implications of new products, update controls, and communicate requirements to product teams.
Provide ongoing reporting to stakeholders and leadership on responsibilities, progress, and escalations.
Perform SOX audit and control impact analysis for security/technology incidents and partner on control uplift.
Build close relationships with Security, IT, Infrastructure, Engineering, Data, and Finance to advise on SOX requirements.
Create and improve SOX procedural documentation, including process documentation and data flow diagrams.
Work closely with internal and external auditors, educating them on our complex technology control environment.
Oversee the quality of audit initiatives, identify process gaps, and provide guidance to team members.
Develop creative solutions to prove risk mitigation and solve complex audit problems in the crypto industry.
Identify opportunities to address systemic program challenges, recommend solutions, and drive efficiency through AI and automation.
