Senior Product Manager, Internal Systems
About This Role
As the Senior Product Manager for Internal Systems, you will own the product roadmap for critical internal platforms that support our Finance, Sales, and RevOps teams. You'll play a crucial role in enhancing efficiency, streamlining workflows, and driving business impact across the organization.
What You'll Be Doing
Own and drive the product roadmap for internal platforms and systems.
Create and optimize workflows and improve internal UI/UX for deal entry, approval, and address management.
Integrate third-party tools like SFDC into internal platforms.
Enhance visibility of rewards, balances, and positions data within internal systems for automated reporting.
Partner with the Data Science team to create and improve internal dashboards for business analytics.
Work with Finance and data teams to automate financial statements, reports, and AP/AR processes.
Collaborate with Engineering to implement solutions addressing internal stakeholder needs.
What We're Looking For
7+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
Experience building internal tools or administrative systems for business operations.
Strong empathy for internal users and stakeholders.
Highly analytical with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Proven success collaborating with engineering, design, finance, sales, and other cross-functional teams.
Experience with CRM, automation, and reporting systems.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
A sense of extreme ownership and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
Ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
