About This Role
This strategic role involves leading and monitoring Tether's compliance framework across crucial conduct and regulatory domains. You will be instrumental in embedding a culture of integrity, managing complex cross-border risks, and ensuring adherence to global regulatory expectations within a rapidly evolving industry.
What You'll Be Doing
Implement and maintain compliance policies and controls related to conduct risk, Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC), Conflicts of Interest (CoI), fraud, data protection, market abuse, and outsourcing.
Advise management and business units on ethical practices, conflicts management, and third-party risk compliance.
Perform periodic compliance risk assessments, thematic reviews, and control testing programs.
