What You'll Be Doing
Act as the senior escalation point for high-severity security alerts, leading deep forensic investigations into attacker techniques across cloud and blockchain-adjacent systems
Drive SecOps initiatives end-to-end, from architecture to deployment, strengthening our security posture as we scale
Mentor and guide a team of security operations professionals navigating complex, fast-moving incidents
Design and refine agentic, automated workflows that leverage security telemetry to accelerate triage and response
Partner cross-functionally with engineering, compliance, and business teams to coordinate containment and remediation
Conduct hands-on forensics, log analysis, and root-cause investigations, translating findings into actionable reports for leadership
What We're Looking For
5+ years in Incident Response or SOC roles, managing security incidents in high-stakes, 24/7 production environments
Proven track record building and maintaining incident response runbooks and lifecycle management processes
Strong coding/scripting skills (Python, Bash) with experience building automation for security operations
Deep understanding of attack and mitigation strategies within cloud, SaaS, and distributed systems environments
Solid grasp of OS-level security controls and forensics across Windows and Linux/Unix (macOS a plus)
A sharp, analytical mindset with excellent cross-team communication skills
Bonus Points
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
Hands-on experience with LLM architectures applied to security automation
Familiarity with blockchain, smart contracts, or Web3 threat models
