We're searching for a Senior Vice President, Product Manager to own the strategy and execution behind our digital asset platforms. You'll sit at the intersection of traditional market infrastructure and emerging blockchain technology, translating complex tokenization concepts into product roadmaps that deliver real value. What You'll Be Doing
Define and drive the product vision for digital asset platforms spanning issuance, custody, settlement, and corporate actions
Partner with engineering teams to design smart contract-based solutions using token standards like ERC-20, ERC-1400, and ERC-721
Translate tokenization frameworks and distributed ledger concepts into actionable, scalable product requirements
Collaborate cross-functionally with compliance, operations, and technology teams to ensure seamless blockchain integration
Monitor crypto and DeFi market trends to identify emerging opportunities within tokenized finance
Lead the end-to-end digital asset lifecycle, ensuring platforms meet institutional-grade security and performance standards
What We're Looking For
Proven product development experience within financial services, capital markets, or market infrastructure
Hands-on expertise with blockchain platforms and digital asset ecosystems
Deep understanding of tokenization, including minting, distribution, custody, and settlement processes
Working knowledge of token standards such as ERC-20, ERC-1400, and ERC-721
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate technical blockchain concepts to non-technical audiences
Analytical mindset with a track record of shipping complex, regulated financial products
Bonus Points
Experience with smart contract development or auditing processes
Familiarity with DeFi protocols and decentralized exchange mechanics
Exposure to regulatory frameworks governing digital assets and crypto custody
Background working with distributed systems or consortium blockchain networks
