What You'll Be Doing
Drive end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for digital asset custody offerings, from concept through institutional launch
Translate complex blockchain and smart contract concepts into clear requirements for engineering and operations stakeholders
Partner cross-functionally to implement secure custody models that meet regulatory and risk standards within a traditional financial institution
Lead product delivery for complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives spanning trading, DeFi integrations, and crypto asset servicing
Document processes, workflows, and product specifications with precision to support audit and compliance requirements
Act as the subject matter expert on digital assets, custody architecture, and distributed ledger technology across the organization
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in product management or product delivery within digital assets, trading, or broader financial services
Track record implementing products, platforms, or complex initiatives inside regulated financial institutions
Solid working knowledge of blockchain technology, digital asset custody models, and smart contracts
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, operations, and risk/compliance teams
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical blockchain concepts for non-technical stakeholders
Strong documentation discipline suited to regulated, audit-ready environments
Bonus Points
Direct experience with DeFi protocols, tokenization platforms, or crypto trading infrastructure
Familiarity with institutional custody providers and digital asset security frameworks
Background in both traditional capital markets and emerging Web3 ecosystems
