ZetaChain - dApps projects: Founding Fullstack Engineer (Web3 / Blockchain)
About This Role
As the first in-house engineer for our dApps team, you'll be the technical backbone, taking ownership of the entire development lifecycle from blockchain integrations to backend and frontend. You'll establish engineering best practices and play a pivotal role in building innovative consumer products in the blockchain space.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead the technical architecture and development for new applications like "Soul."
Build robust blockchain integrations, including wallet connections, smart contract interactions, and data flows.
Develop across the full stack: frontend (React/Next.js), backend (Node.js), and infrastructure (Kubernetes/GCP).
Establish and implement engineering best practices for the team.
Mentor and guide future engineering hires as the team grows.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in fullstack development.
Strong experience with blockchain and Web3 technologies (Solidity, smart contracts, EVM chains).
Familiarity with smart contracts is essential, although this role does not involve writing them.
Proven track record in developing consumer-facing applications or working in startup environments.
A "startup mindset": hands-on, independent, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
